Forever Young

Six Bedroom Semi-Oceanfront House, SS64 - Located in The Village of Nags Head

Just returned from a week in Nags Head yesterday evening. We had a fantastic time. The weather held up all but one day of rain (which is completely expected in early May), leaving us with sunny skies and highs in the upper 70's/low 80's. We did exactly what we planned to do, which was a whole lot of nothing. Lounging on the beach and in the pool. Our 3 month old seemed to enjoy the pool quite a bit.

This was our first time using Village Realty, and they were great. The house (Forever Young) was as advertised, and we had no issues. We will definitely use them again depending on the location we choose. The location was great, about as close to oceanfront as you can get without being so. And for the price difference, it's totally worth it. Here's the view from the deck:

Favorite Places to Visit or Eat: We went to a few restaurants that we had not yet tried, and a few old favorites. I have to say the $1 tacos at The Pit were awesome! No idea why I never made it there before. Finally went to Tortuga's Lie (twice!), and it's definitely one of my new favorites. Stopped into Bad Bean for lunch one afternoon, and asked about the new location. They said they hope for it to be open later this month.

All in all, it was a great trip. The only thing that would have made it better, would be not having to come home!
